Enjoyed the video, but I will always rely on the written narrative. We are all deluged with podcasts and videos that collectively take more time than we have. I can review your written work product in a fraction of the time, I can retain more, and I can retrieve something I want to save faster in a written product than in a sound product. And your product is great. I look forward to every episode.
It was a well presented video, but the written posts are more accessible, easier to digest and quicker to refer back to if there's a point that a reader needs to go back over.
Video updates would work well for brief updates, like portfolio changes. My opinion is that the more educational material, which to my mind is the best thing about the blog, is best served in written format.
I just listened to your talk on RSI and its anomalies these days.
I liked it, however, I strongly prefer the written format to verbal. I am an inveterate red pen underliner. The help me highlight in my mind the salient points in my mind and something I can focus on when reviewing an article. Also, I like to have the graphics/charts at hand when reading the text of an article.
Keep up the good work in Substack and EIA. Kenney Griffiths
I have enjoyed the video. Very informative. I think is a very good complement to your written post.
I like the video because I can listen while I work on computer.
Text is much, much more time efficient to consume than video.
